Abstract

Because the digital world is currently a new business that can build customer trust and interest in the company. From this, it is necessary to have a good marketing communication strategy in managing social media to get the target desired by the company. So the importance of marketing communication is an important aspect in the overall marketing mission and determines the success of marketing. Formulation of the problem How is the Marketing Communication Strategy of Arvana Creative Wedding Organizer in Attracting Customer Interest. The purpose of this study is the application of the Arvana Creative Wedding Organizer Marketing Communication Strategy in Attracting Customer Interest. Type of research descriptive approach. Based on the analysis of the application of marketing communication using several components of Integrated Marketing Communication in marketing communication, Arvana Creative currently applies Integrated Marketing Communication in the form of 1) Advertising, 2) Public Relations, 3) Personal Selling, 4) Sales Promotion, 5) Direct Marketing, 6) Word of Mouth, 7) Interactive Marketing. Arvana Creative is expected to continue using the current Integrated Marketing Communication theory. So that the company remains known by the public and is able to compete with other wedding organizer vendors. It is possible that in the future it will be able to work with one of the public figures again to support public trust.
