Abstract

Every company definitely wants their products to have a good brand image in the eyes of consumers and potential consumers. A positive brand image will directly increase sales. Sales are closely related to marketing strategies. Kaiten Coffee improves its brand image through various methods, one of which is popular social media, namely Instagram. Instagram has features that will support marketing, but before posting content on Instagram, Kaiten must ensure the Brand Identity, Brand Personality, Brand Positioning and Brand Communication that will be used to attract the hearts of potential consumers. The theory that supports this research is Expression Theory and is combined with Brand Communication. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The results of this research showed that Kaiten Coffee uses good Brand Expression and Brand Communication through Instagram media to increase its product brand image.
