Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Social Media Exposure on the Indonesian ArmyRecruitmentProcess. The subjects of this study were consumers who have used social media, particularly YouTube.The sample size consisted of 91 respondents. The sampling technique employed was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling method. Quantitative approach was used in this study. Data collection technique involved distributing questionnaires as the primary data source. Data analysis utilized statistical analysis through SPSS 29. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Social Media Exposure has a positive but not significant influence on the community, (2) public perception influences the Indonesian Army recruitment, (3) YouTube as a social media platform has a positive but notsignificant influence on unaware communities.
