Abstract

The need for public services is a right for every citizen where everyone has the right to obtain services from the government regarding public affairs. In relation to the realization of good governance public services, the government is required to adapt to technological developments so as not to be left behind. E-government is the use and utilization of information technology by the government to create communication between the government, society, the business world and other interested parties to provide services quickly and precisely. The Sedudo application is one of the Nganjuk Regency government's initiatives to encourage the use of information technology to improve the quality of services to the community. As technology continues to develop, local governments are trying to use it to facilitate public access to public services. One of these efforts is by presenting the Sedudo application, which aims to provide information and online population document services. This modern innovation is implemented through an Online Regional Integrated Electronic System (Sedudo) application. The aim of this research is to determine the quality of the Sedudo Dukcapil application service in Nganjuk Regency. The theory used in this research is the E-GovQual theory from Papamedochelaki and Mentzas which contains 5 indicators, namely ease of use, information display, reliability, trust and community support. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection methods in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that there are 2 indicators for the quality of the Sedudo application service that are not fully optimal, namely the Reliability and Community Support indicators. It is said that the Reliability Indicator is not optimal because some people say that they often experience quite long loading times and it also takes quite a long time to enter the application. Apart from that, there are people who say that the services provided are not appropriate or experience delays when they should be in accordance with the estimates that have been given. The community support indicator is because there are still many people who are not fully aware of the application of the Sedudo application to manage population services online. Meanwhile, the Ease of Use, Information Display and Trust indicators can be said to be optimal because the Sedudo application can be used by the public easily and without any difficulties. Apart from that, the display available is also good in presenting it and all types of population services are complete in the Sedudo application. Regarding data security, it is guaranteed to be safe because the dukcapil service ensures the security of the personal data of every user of the Sedudo application
