Abstract

Employee performance is very necessary and the agency always strives for employee performance to always improve well. However, many agencies face employee performance problems, including a lack of professionalism and inadequate work results. To improve performance, agencies set appropriate service standards and strive to provide the best and timely results in serving the Indonesian people. The objectives of this research are: (1) analyzing the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, (2) analyzing the influence of work discipline on employee performance, (3) analyzing work motivation on employee performance, (4) analyzing the influence of organizational culture, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance. The method in this research uses quantitative methods. The population used was employees at the Bubutan sub-district office in Surabaya. The sampling technique in this research used a nonprobability sampling technique totaling 43 employees. The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. This research uses SPSS and shows that the variables of organizational culture, work discipline and work motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Bubutan Surabaya sub-district office. Simultaneous testing of organizational culture, work discipline and work motivation variables also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Bubutan sub-district office in Surabaya The conclusion obtained in this research is that organizational culture, work discipline, and work motivation each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture and work discipline show that behavior and self-awareness are very important in improving performance. Work motivation is also important, because the positive support provided can improve employee performance.
