Abstract

PT Putra Mekongga Sejahtera is a company that focuses on the mining sector, specifically nickel mining. This company is located in Pomalaa, Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi, which can produce 1000-4000 ore a day. The WLA Workload Analysis Method is a method used to describe the workload required in a company unit, so that it can be allocated appropriately. From the results of calculations using the WLA method by taking data on the highest production demand, the result is that the labor requirement is 46 people. If the number of workers was previously 25 people, then the company only needs to add 21 workers. From the comparison of the number of workers, it will be better if the company continues to use 25 workers with overtime, because if you add workers, more costs will be incurred.
