Abstract

Usaha peternakan bebek merupakan suatu kegiatan dimana peternak mengolah bebek untuk dikembangbiakkan dan dipelihara untuk mendapatkan manfaat dan hasil dari kegiatan tersebut. Bebek cukup banyak diminati di berbagai kalangan dari anak kecil hingga orang tua. UMKM di daerah jombang yang berlokasi di Jl.Gatot Subroto No.29A Mojongapit,Jombang. UMKM tersebut merupakan peternakan ayam KUB dan penetasan bebek pedaging. Penetasan bebek pedaging dilakukan menggunakan alat mesin tetas otomatis yang bisa membalikkan telur otomatis. UMKM mesin tetas tersebut mengolah 500 telur setiap periode nya jika tidak dilakukan metode pengecekan secara berkala suhu dan kelembapannya maka didapatkan hasil tetas telur sebanyak 75%. Jika ingin menambah presentasi tetasnya maka dilakukan cara pengecekan secara berkala bisa mencapai 80% tetapi hal tersebut terlalu banyak memakan waktu dan tenaga. Maka dari itu saya akan membuat sebuah alat yang dapat mengatur kelembapan dari mesin tetas tersebut. Dalam penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut digunakan metode QFD dan Kano untuk mengetahui tingkat kebutuhan konsumen dalam pembuatan alat. Setelah itu akan dilakukan biaya investasi alat yang akan dikeluarkan apakah hasilnya akan dapat menambah profit perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode NPV.
