Abstract

CV Jilbab Surabaya merupakan perusahaan yang membuat dan menjual Jilbab Segiempat, Jilbab Pashmina, Jilbab Bergo, dan lainnya. Gudang penyimpanan mempunyai dimensi dengan panjang 17 meter, lebar 8 meter, dan tinggi 6 meter. Mengetahui penyusunan layout usulan dengan metode class based storage, mengetahui waktu penataan produk, dan mengetahui dengan adanya investasi rak dan tenaga kerja menggunakan simulasi flexsim. Kegiatan kerja penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 4 bulan dimulai pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2023 sampai dengan 31 Januari 2024. Dari hasil pengolahan klasifikasi ABC pada 20 jenis produk jilbab pada penyimpanan barang jadi pada CV Jilbab Surabaya : kelas A 68,42%, 24 produk jilbab, kelas B 15,49%, 7 produk jilbab, dan kelas C 15,85%, 14 produk jilbab. Pada layout usulan menggunakan flexsim didapatkan rata – rata waktu pengambilan produk jilbab diperoleh waktu rata - rata pada ketiga karyawan sebesar 10,09 detik/pcs dengan penataan barang yang tertata rapi, selisih waktu pengambilan produk jilbab pada layout awal dengan layout usulan adalah sebesar 79,91 detik/pcs dengan menggunakan metode class based storage.
