Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of the times has resulted in companies continuing to grow, so that competition between companies cannot be avoided. Seeing the tight competitive climate, companies are required to continue to improve themselves by maximally developing the company's human resources. Companies are required to be able to face challenges originating from outside and within the company, so that the company is able to maintain its survival. An organization or company will succeed or even fail to a large extent determined by the human resources it has. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Incentives and Workload on Employee Performance at the MR.DIY Company in the Surabaya Area. This research uses a quantitative approach method, the data collected uses primary data, namely data obtained directly from employee respondents at the MR.DIY Company in the Surabaya Area using a questionnaire. In this study, the population used was all 82 MR.DIY Area Surabaya employees. The analytical method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and hypothesis tests, namely the t test (Partial) and F test (Simultaneous). The results obtained in this research are that there is a significant influence between Transformational Leadership Style (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), there is a significant influence between Providing Incentives (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), there is a significant influence between Workload (X3) on Employee Performance (Y), Transformational Leadership Style (X1), Incentives (X2), Workload (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).
