Abstract
Dalam buku ini, kami akan menjelajahi konsep dasar manajemen kinerja, termasuk mengapa itu penting untuk organisasi, elemen-elemen utamanya, dan bagaimana peran teknologi informasi dan perangkat lunak khusus dalam mengoptimalkan proses manajemen kinerja. Kami juga akan membahas tantangan yang mungkin muncul selama implementasi Sistem Manajemen Kinerja (SMK) dan strategi untuk mengatasi resistensi terhadap perubahan dari karyawan atau manajer. Manajemen kinerja adalah alat penting untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi, dan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang konsep ini adalah langkah pertama menuju keunggulan kompetitif dalam lingkungan bisnis yang berubah dengan cepat.
