Abstract

The research aims to be achieved in this study are to determine and analyze the feasibility of the hand-written batik production business developed in Ngentrong Village, Karangan Subdistrict, Trenggalek District financially. The research conducted used a qualitative descriptive method by involving 6 informants. Based on the analysis conducted, the highest B/C Ratio value is 0,60 and the lowest value is 0,19. The B/C Ratio value obtained is more than one, so the hand�written batik production business is feasible to run. The results of the R/C Ratio also show that the hand-written batik production business qualifies as a feasible to run with the highest value of 1,60>1 and the lowest value of 1,19>1. The results of the analysis using ROI produce an ROI value > 0%, which the highest value 65,36% and the lowest value of 8,70%, so the hand-written batik production business is feasible to run. Analysis using BEP results in a production amount value > BEP value with the highest BEP unit value of 258 units and the lowest BEP unit value of 131 units. Revenue obtained > BEP rupiah value with the highest BEP rupiah value of IDR 96.728.322,00 and the lowest BEP rupiah value of IDR 46.017.367,00 so that it can be seen that the production business carried out is feasible to run because it exceeds the production break-even point. The results of the analysis obtained in this study can be concluded that the hand-written batik production business at the batik industry center in Ngentrong Village, Karangan Subdistrict, Trenggalek District are feasible.
