Abstract

The development of social media can make it easier for people to get information. Instagram is one of the social media platforms that can facilitate its users to share photos, videos, and so on. One of the Instagram accounts that uses Instagram social media as a means of public domain information is the @pemkab.sidoarjo account. @pemkab.sidoarjo is one of the social media used to disseminate information in Sidoarjo Regency, especially in terms of development in Sidoarjo Regency. @pemkab.sidoarjo on its Instagram page is arguably quite active in uploading and updating content so that other Instagram users can also immediately get information that has been posted by the @pemkab.sidoarjo account in terms of other information to information about infrastructure development being discussed by researchers. The purpose of this study was initiated with the intention of discussing the content analysis of a content uploaded @pemkab.sidoarjo regarding infrastructure development using primary data obtained from observations of @pemkab.sidoarjo Instagram accounts and scientific works relevant to this research as secondary data. In this study using data collection analysis methods, namely data collection, categorization, reviewing content, drawing conclusions. In this study it can be concluded that Instagram as a means of disseminating communication strategies through content content Based on the results of the analysis on Instagram @pemkabsidoarjo development communication messages focus on improving the Human Resources of the Sidoarjo Regency community, the form of communication used is verbal communication which makes it easier for followers to receive information with additional explanations in each content.
