Abstract
Coffee fruit maturity sorter based on color is a necessity of the community, especially coffee farmers who have difficulty sorting quality coffee fruit. This tool consists of a series of cameras and a Raspberry pi mini pc as a control center for all existing circuits. The process of measuring the maturity level is obtained from the camera based on the color reference obtained by the object captured by the camera. From the testing, get the results that match the level of fruit maturity.
