Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan peran organizational citizenship behaviour atau perilaku peran ekstra guru sebagai variabel mediator dalam mempengaruhi employee performance guru di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini melibatkan 500 guru yang telah mewakili seluruh wilayah di Kota Surabaya dengan menggunakan tenik random sampling dalam menentukan partisipan penelitian. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala employee performance dan skala motivasi kerja yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti, quality of work life scale dan organizational citizenship behaviour scale yang disebarkan secara online menggunakan gogle form. Data hasil penelitian telah diuji asumsi menggunakan uji normalitas dan multikolonieritas dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini path analysis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap employee performance secara langsung tanpa dimediasi oleh organizational citizenship behaviour dengan nilai koefisiensi jalur sebesar 0,556 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,01. Organizational citizenship behaviour terbukti dapat memediasi hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan employee perfoamnce guru di Kota Surabaya dengan nilai koefisiensi sebesar 0,041 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,037 < 0,05. Motivasi kerja juga terbukti dapat mempengaruhi OCB guru dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,01 begitu juga dengan kualitas kehidupan kerja dapat mempengaruhi OCB dengan signikansi 0,000 < 0,01. Organizational citizenship behavour yang diakukan oleh guru juga terbukti berpengaruh terhadap employee perfoamnce guru di Kota Surabaya dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,201 dam signifikansi 0,015 < 0,05.
