Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Ability, Emotional Quotient, and Work Stress on Employee Performance at PT Kedungsari Multipack Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Variable measurement using Likert scale for questions according to indicators. The sample in this study was a saturated sample, namely 52 employees of PT Kedungsari Multipack Surabaya analyzed using SPSS version 25. Data analysis techniques use statistical techniques such as validity tests and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis with F tests and t tests to prove hypotheses. Overall, the indicators used in this study are valid (because the > r table used is 0.2732. And reliable (because Cronbach's Alpha value > 0.60. The results of the classical assumption test also show that this study has fulfilled, among others: 1. Normality test: the significance value is more than 0.05 so it can be declared normally distributed 2. There is free from multicollinearity, and 3. No heterokedasticity occurs. Based on the results of the t-test analysis, it is concluded that: (1) Ability does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance (2) Emotional Quotient has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (3) Work Stress has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. And regarding Test F shows that the variables Ability, Emotional Quotient, and Work Stress simultaneously affect the Employee Performance of PT. Kedungsari Multipack Surabaya.
