Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara quality of work life dengan burnout pada karyawan PT. X. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen quality of work life dengan variabel dependen burnout. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik sampek pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 100 karyawan PT. Pegadaian Kantor Wilayah XII Surabaya. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian Kantor Wilayah XII Surabaya. Penelitian ini memiliki dua instrumen yaitu skala quality of worklife dan skala burnout. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji analisis korelasi product moment dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22.0 for windows. Hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,683 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat koefisien korelasi penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang negatif dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000(p<0,01). Artinya semakin tinggi tingkat quality of worklife karyawan maka akan semakin rendah tingkat burnout yang dialami karyawan. Sebaliknya, apabila semakin rendah tingkat quality of worklife karyawan maka akan semakin tinggi tingkat burnout yang dialami karyawan.
