Abstract
This study aims to analyze the feasibility of coffee shop business in Kebraon Surabaya City. Coffee shops are popular types of businesses in Indonesia, especially in Surabaya. In this study, an analysis was conducted on several factors that affect business feasibility such as location, initial capital, acceptance and other relevant factors. The method used in this study is qualitative method, which involves collecting data through direct observation, interviews with business owners. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively to determine the feasibility of the coffee shop business. The results showed that the coffee shop business is more feasible to be cultivated based on the results of the feasibility analysis, namely the average profit obtained from the coffee shop business which is IDR 19,483,987. Coffee shop business worth trying can be seen from the average value of R / C, B / C, and ROI. The R/C value is 3.98%, the B/C is 2.98%, while the ROI value is 2.98% for the coffee shop business in Kebraon, Karang Pilang District, Surabaya City.
