Abstract

This research applies purposive sampling in determining the sample. Corporate social responsibility (CSR), Leverage, and Asset Growth are used as independent variables and Financial Performance (ROA and ROE) as the dependent variable. This research uses secondary data sourced from the company's annual financial reports via the website www.idx.co.id. Data processing was carried out by applying the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). As a result of the analysis that has been carried out, it is concluded that: Corporate social responsibility, leverage and asset growth influence financial performance in food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia in 2017-2020.
