Abstract
In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce business competition, innovation is the main key to maintaining an organization's competitiveness. Innovative behavior in an organization is a factor that needs attention and is a priority to achieve success in the competitive business world. This research examines the influence of Leadership Style and Person-environment Fit (P-e Fit) to improve Innovative Performance through High-Involvement Human Resource Management Practices (HIHRMPs) in PT Varia Usaha Beton employees. A survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires with the help of Google Forms to all 144 employees. The results of the research state that there is a significant influence between Leadership Style and P-e Fit on HIHRMPs, as well as a significant influence between Leadership Style and P-e Fit on Innovative Performance and also a significant influence between HIHRMPs on Innovative Performance. Companies can create a conducive work environment so that employees have the creativity to create new solutions and perform innovatively.
