Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, and work ethics on the performance of CV. Kevin Maulana in Kertosono District Nganjuk. There are many problem factors in the company that need to be considered, one of which is the organizational culture that exists within the company and between employees, the lack of work motivation from within employees or superiors in carrying out tasks, and work ethics which are feared to have a negative impact on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach derived from primary data sources (primary data). The sampling technique in this study was carried out using a saturated sample with a sample of 51 respondents, namely the total number of employees. The data is processed using SmartPLs4 statistics, the data analysis used is instrument test, measurement model or Outer Model, validity test, reliability test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination (R3). The results of this study indicate that the Organizational Culture variable has a positive and insignificant effect on CV. Kevin Mulana, Work Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on CV. Kevin Maulana, Work Ethics has a positive and insignificant effect on CV. Kevin Maulana, and, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, and Work Ethics simultaneously have a positive and insignificant effect on CV. Kevin Maulana. The author's suggestion for further research is that further researchers can develop other factors such as research methods, data analysis methods or other variables that can affect employee performance, and researchers can involve more respondents in conducting research and companies engaged in other fields to be optimal in improving employee performance.
