Abstract
Final year students in higher education face various demands to complete their studies, students are also faced with challenges, obstacles, criticism and unobjective assessments can affect student self-perception, triggering feelings of inferiority. The existence of feelings of dissatisfaction and unhappiness indicates that students experience subjective well-being. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and peer social support with subjective well-being in final year students. The population in the study was 1,408 final year students of Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Participants in the study were 283 students using quota sampling technique. This research instrument uses a Likert scale. The method for data analysis used is multiple regression with the help of IBM SPSS version 25 for windows. Self�efficacy variables and peer social support provide an influence with an R square of 54% on subjective well being. The simultaneous test results show a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). This means that self-efficacy and peer social support simultaneously affect subjective well-being. In partial tests, there is a significant influence between self-efficacy with subjective well-being with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05) and peer social support with subjective well-being with a significance value of 0.583 (p>0.05), meaning that there is no relationship between peer social support and subjective well-being in final year students.
