Abstract
UD.SAPRAS PRO is a company that produces motorbike spare parts, using quality steel and raw materials to satisfy its customers. The high market demand has made several operators complain that the workload received by operators is quite heavy, plus these company use steel as raw materials, which are not light objects, so after work they complain of work fatigue and musculoskeletal disorders experienced by operators. Based on existing complaints, it is necessary to conduct research regarding the influence of workload on work fatigue and musculoskeletal disorders of production operators at UD.SAPRAS PRO. Physical workload analysis uses the Cardiovascular Load (CVL) formula, while mental workload analysis uses the NASA-TLX method. Meanwhile, analysis of work fatigue uses a 30-item questionnaire as indicators of work fatigue and for mosculoskeletal disorders uses the Nordic Body Map questionnaire. Based on the analysis results, the highest physical workload was received by Operator 6 with a CVL value of 62.59% in the heavy category, and for the mental workload analysis results, the highest were operators 1 and 2 who obtained a NASA-TLX score of 84 in the very high category. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis of the highest level of work fatigue were received by operators 1 and 6 with a score of 68 points in the high category and the results of the analysis of mosculoskeletal disorders showed that operator 6 experienced the highest mosculoskeletal disorders with a score of 51 points which was included in the high category.
