Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between perceptions of health services and resilience in the post-COVID-19 pandemic community in Surabaya city. This study used a correlational quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used a convenience sampling method with a total of 275 respondents from the Surabaya community. The instruments in this study were the resilience scale and the health service perception scale. The data analysis used was product moment correlation with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) computer program version 24 for Windows Release. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the correlation score is 0.390 with a significance of 0.000 (p<0.01). This shows that there is a very significant positive relationship between perceptions of health services and resilience. The conclusion is that people who have a high or positive perception of health services tend to have a higher level of resilience. Conversely, the lower or negative the perception of health services, the lower the level of resilience in the community.
