Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara persepsi pelayanan kesehatan dengan resiliensi pada masyarakat pasca pandemi COVID-19 di kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode convenience sampling dengan total responden 275 orang masyarakat Surabaya. Instrumen pada penelitian ini yaitu skala resiliensi dan skala persepsi pelayanan kesehatan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 24 for Windows Release. Berdasarakan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa skor korelasi sebesar 0,390 dengan signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,01). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif sangat signifikan antara persepsi pelayanan kesehatan dengan resiliensi. Kesimpulannya, bahwa masyarakat yang memiliki persepsi tinggi atau positif terhadap pelayanan kesehatan cenderung memiliki tingkat resiliensi yang lebih tinggi. Sebaliknya, jika semakin rendah atau negatif persepsi pelayanan kesehatan maka semakin rendah pula tingkat resiliensi pada masyarakat.
