Abstract

Many people in Bukur village still use oil stoves and LPG stoves for daily needs, especially cooking, and there are also some who have equipment for making biogas from cow dung but have a small capacity because the biogas storage space only uses car tires, however Gradually the use of gas stoves has become rare because the materials used are difficult to obtain. Therefore, the biogas system has been further developed from storing tires in cars to pressure-based biogas using a peer-press system so that the biogas discharge rate can be faster when used for cooking purposes. The methods used include design, data collection and analysis. The design stage is for finished designs and tools to be tested to the next stage, namely manufacturing. Next is the data collection process by testing several variations and variables used to obtain data for precise calculations of time research. boiling water 500cc, 1000cc, 2000cc. And valve pressure ¼, ½, ¾. The test results can be concluded that water pressure with a pressure variation of ¾ and a water volume of 500 cc can make the water boil the fastest with a time of 4 minutes 40 seconds, a pressure variation of ¼ with a water volume of 2000 cc produces the longest boiling time, namely 31 minutes 21 seconds. at ¼ pressure the gas comes out a little so that it influences the flame to boil water and at ¾ pressure the flame is good because the pressure is large. The higher the pressure, the greater the flame produced.
