Abstract

One of the human needs of a place to live as a place of residence and a place of protection from all kinds of dangers that cause the threat of safety, health and others for their families. The need for a home as a place to live, encourages everyone to try and work hard to get it, for the sake of family and self. One effort to fulfill housing needs can be done by building from scratch or buying a finished house. The purpose of this study was to find out prices, locations, and facilities for subsidized buying interest in Griya Bumi Mandiri Housing, Mojokerto. This research uses quantitative methods. The population used in this study is people who have not and have already made subsidized housing purchases in Griya Bumi Mandiri Housing in Mojokerto. The samples used were 100 respondents using the accidential sampling technique. Data is collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents and interviews with business owners. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, correlation tests, determination coefficient tests (R2), partial tests (t), and simultaneous tests (F). Based on the results of this study indicate that thetransaction interest in buying Griya Bumi Mandiri housing is by submitting a request after fulfilling all the conditions set by the business owner.
