Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the ability of leverage, KAP reputation, company size to audit opinion and Audit Delay. This study was conducted because to test that audit opinion is an opinion issued by the auditor on the fairness of the audited financial statements that must be considered by the auditor to avoid Audit Delay. A total of 32 transportation sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2020-2022 period, but those that fit the predetermined criteria were 20 companies with a total sample of 60. This research test uses the SmartPLS application with the Outer Model and Inner Model Test. The results showed that leverage and company size have a significant effect on audit opinion, while KAP reputation has no significant effect on audit opinion. The leverage variable has a significant effect on Audit Delay, while KAP reputation and company size have no significant effect on Audit Delay.
