Abstract

The researchaims to find out about howhe markets the product andintroduces the brand to consumers. In this research, researchers used a qualitative approach by obtaining data through interviews, observation and documentation. Providing recommendations to business owners knowing the problems they face, including increasingly tight competition in business. This is provenby the increasing numberof similar businesses thatresemble it. With sales carried out online using the online or digital media platform of the Cantolan Kastok business owner, researchers used the promotional mixtheory according to Kotler and Armstrong regarding the following 5 elements: advertising, direct marketing, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling. The research results show that Cantolan Kastok has implemented 5 elements of the promotion mix in increasing brand awareness @Cantolankastok. It is hoped that the research will serve as information and reference for further research, as well as input for Cantolan Kastok business owners in implementing better marketing communication strategies.
