Abstract

The purpose of this minithesis to know the protection for consumer with their loss done by the seller and responsibility of the seller if the loss finally found happened on consumer. There are so many problems as the goods/diamond are not as-per requirement, debug or error. The main solution which will be discussed: (1) How is the responsibility of game on line 'seller with the loss happened on consumer. (2) How is the law solution to solve problems done by game on line' seller. The observation use Toward Law Terms based on constitution and conceptual with the main law base that is constitution with secondary law base. It is book and journal for observation. Result of observation for the responsibility for game on line seller by constitution number 8 year 1999 contains of protection for the consumer. The contents are administration responsibility and crime's responsibility, and also non-crime's responsibility for the loss problem happenedon consumer and refundable for the loss of consumer.
