Abstract

Produktivitas tenaga kerja menjadi salah satu faktor manajemen sumber daya manusia yang memiliki peran penting dalam keberhasilan suatu proyek konstruksi. Hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap kesesuaian antara hasil pelaksanaan di lapangan dan biaya dari perencanaan yang telah direncanakan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya suatu upaya untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dengan mempelajari kondisi tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja dan biaya dalam rangka pencapaian target proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai produktivitas tenaga kerja pada proyek pembangunan Gedung Medik Tahap 3 RS Siti Khodijah Muhammadiyah Sepanjang-Sidoarjo menggunakan metode pendekatan productivity rating. Metode productivity rating adalah salah satu teknik pengukuran produktivitas tenaga kerja yang dilakukan pengamatan secara langsung di lapangan dengan hasil yang diperoleh berupa klasifikasi aktivitas tenaga kerja yang meliputi tiga hal diantaranya pekerjaan efektif (effective work), pekerjaan kontribusi (contributory work), dan pekerjaan tidak efektif (ineffective work). Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai produktivitas tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan pembesian kolom, balok, dan pelat lantai berturut-turut adalah 80,09 %, 80,02 %, dan 79,53 % dengan estimasi biaya upah tenaga kerja berturut-turut sebesar Rp. 50.512.277,03; Rp. 53.828.683,85; dan Rp. 53.874.510,94. Pada pekerjaan bekisting kolom, balok, dan pelat lantai nilai produktivitas tenaga kerja berturut-turut adalah 80,15 %, 77,69 %, dan 77,39 % dengan estimasi biaya upah tenaga kerja berturut-turut sebesar Rp. 19.935.178,24; Rp. 42.954.690,76; dan Rp. 40.111.525,75. Sedangkan pada pekerjaan pengecoran kolom, balok, dan pelat lantai nilai produktivitas tenaga kerja adalah 80,97 % dan estimasi biaya upah tenaga kerja sebesar Rp. 11.236.037,76.
