Abstract

Ecogreen is a greening movement which does not cause everything in the environment to decrease or become depleted over time, so preventing pollution which is increasing day by day is the most important thing so that Ecogreen development also has an impact on implementing an environmentally friendly lifestyle and prioritizing nature so that it becomes green and environmentally friendly materials as well as effective and efficient use of resources. One of the villages that the researchers took was Dinoyo Tangsi village because this village has received a trophy from the 2019 SSC champion and 2016 - 2017 Green and Clean champion and this village also received an Ecogreen village. . Implementation is an activity carried out with planning and referring to certain rules to achieve an activity. In essence, implementation can be carried out if there is already a plan or concept in place. Law 26 of 2007 explains that spatial planning is carried out to create a space that is safe, comfortable, productive and sustainable for the continuity of human life or living creatures so that things run in harmony and balance for environmental sustainability and sustainable development. The aim of this research is to analyze and determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of ecogreen policies in Dinoyo Tangsi Village, Surabaya (a study of Law Number 26 of 2007). The method used by researchers is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The results of this research are to find out how the government has implemented the ecogreen policy to beautify villages in the city of Surabaya in the ecogreen village in Dinoyo Tangsi Surabaya. The recommendations given are to provide benefits to the people of Dinoyo Tangsi village to make their village ecogreen.
