Abstract

This research aims to develop the application of a remuneration system that is used to visualize the calculation of remuneration for Pratama Clinic employees. To develop this remuneration calculation, it was built using a Laravel framework and Visual Studio Code software in the information system at the Pratama Clinic. The method used in developing this remuneration system is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), where the development stage is carried out sequentially and structured. Testing the quality of this software is carried out by measuring usability and functionality using the System Usability Scale (SUS) Black Box method. The black box testing results show that the 36 functional requirements have run 100% as expected. Usability testing through a questionnaire carried out by 10 respondents according to Pratama Clinic employees, obtained a final System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 53 SUS score with the results "OK", meaning, this system is feasible accepted. It is hoped that this website can help the remuneration team and Pratama Clinic employees in the decision-making information system in calculating remuneration accurately, efficiently, effectively and systematically.
