Abstract
This research aims to analyze the feasibility of the Yulgit Plasma Broiler chicken business with a both partnership with UD. Priagung Farm. Yulgit Plasma farming is located in Sidomukti village, Plaosan district, Magetan regency, East Java. This cooperation system is carried out by means of profit sharing, where Yulgit Plasma provides suitable cages and carries out cultivation activities to care for and raise DOC until harvest time, while UD. Priagung Farm provides raw materials in the form of DOC (Day Old Chicky), chicken food, vaccines and medicine for sick chickens. Data colletion is carried out by direct observation and interviews plasma using questionnaires. Based on the result of research on the Yulgit Plasma Broiler chicken farming business with a capacity of 2,000 broilers, it shows that the business is feasible to develop. This is based on calculations of investment feasibility factors which include Cost Budget Plan, Cash Flow, Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Break Event Point (BEP) analysis. The results of the analysis obtained a Pp of 2 years 4 months, NPV of 34,377,608 > 0 and IRR of 43%. B/C Ratio 3%. The minimum number of chickens that must be sold to cover total costs is 2,510 chickens or the quivalent of 88,352,000 production code. This occurs when the price of chickens on the market around 35,200 per broilers.
