Abstract
Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka terutama di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan salah satunya dikembangkannya kegiatan magang atau praktek kerja kepada pada siswa sebagai bekal di masa mendatang. Pelaksanaan magang dapat berjalan dengan baik apabila siswa memiliki kesiapan terutama kesiapan secara psikologis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa bagaimana hubungan yang terbentuk antara family social support, adversity quotient, dan psychological readiness pada siswa Magang di era Kurikulum Merdeka, sedangkan hipotesis penelitian yang disusun yaitu terdapat hubungan secara parsial maupun simultan antara family social support, adversity quotient, dan psychological readiness pada siswa Magang di era Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik Regresi Linier Berganda, dimana jumlah sampel sebanyak 440 siswa SMK Negeri di Kota Surabaya yang diambil secara acak dari 9 sekolah SMK Negeri melalui teknik sampling Simple Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa family social support memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan psychological readiness. Adversity quotient memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan psychological readiness. Selanjutnya family social support dan adversity quotient secara simultan memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan psychological readiness. Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan membutuhkan dukungan penuh terutama dari keluarganya (family social support) dalam menghadapi kegiatan magang, selain itu harus memiliki kecerdasan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi (adversity quotient) agar tidak mudah menyerah dan patah semangat dalam menjalankan kegiatan magang, sehingga mampu membentuk kesiapan secara mental melalui peningkatan kualitas pribadi, nilai-nilai intelektual, motivasi, emosional, dan profesionalitas pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Surabaya.
