Abstract

Satisfying service is any action or activity that can be given by a person to another by fulfilling satisfactory service requirements. The gap between client expectations of the services offered by a party is a measure of service quality. The five components of service quality are tangible, reliable, responsive, assured, and empathetic. PT Multi Tower Indo Santosa is a company engaged in the property sector, namely The Colmar apartment. Some time ago, The Colmar management received responses from prospective buyers and unit owners in The Colmar apartments who asked whether these facilities could be used optimally. Management also plans that when construction is underway it will provide adequate services for apartment residents with a maximum range of services from management. Based on the problems that have been described, a solution is needed to design an ordering system to make it easier for customers to get facilities easily and flexibly. The process of designing a web-based facility booking system that is integrated with the internet will be assisted by using the waterfall method as an online facility booking design model that emphasizes sequential and systematic stages. The results of this study are the design of a website-based ordering information system for The Colmar apartment facilities. There are three actors who can use the facility booking system from admins, residents and employees with different needs for each actor. The system ordering facility has also gone through the function and usability testing phase of 30 respondents and produced a score of 81 which can be categorized as good.
