Abstract

Kecemasan kehamilan merupakan hal yang perlu untuk diperhatikan oleh ibu hamil. Kecemasan kehamilan dapat menyebabkan perasaan tegang, mengganggu ketenangan, memunculkan keletihan, dan mempengaruhi kondisi janin seperti bisa berakibat bayi lahir prematur. Tetapi dengan adanya mindfulness dan kehadiran keluarga saat menghadapi persalinan dapat membuat ibu lebih tenang. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 68 ibu hamil primigravida trimester III di Puskesmas Situbondo Kabupaten Situbondo, dengan karakteristik populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil yang berada di wilayah Puskesmas Situbondo, memasuki usia kehamilan trimester III (7 sampai 9 bulan), Ibu hamil anak pertama (Primigravida), dan ibu hamil yang berusia 18 hingga 35 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisi uji regresi ganda dengan program SPSS 24 IMB for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara mindfulness dan dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat kecemasan menghadapi persalinan pada ibu hamil primigravida trimester III. Kesimpulan semakin tinggi mindfulness dan dukungan keluarga maka semakin rendah tingkat kecemasan menghadapi persalinan. Begitupula sebaliknya, semakin rendah mindfulness dan dukungan keluarga maka semakin tinggi tingkat kecemasan menghadapi persalinan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya korelasi negatif antara mindfulness dengan tingkat kecemasan menghadapi persalinan pada ibu hamil primigravida trimester III, dan didapatkan juga hasil penelitian adanya korelasi negatif antara dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat kecemasan menghadapi persalinan pada ibu hamil primigravida trimester III.
