Abstract
Pengaruh kompetensi perangkat desa, komitmen organisasi, partisipasi masyarakat dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa di kabupaten hulu sungai tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi perangkat desa, komitmen organisasi, partisipasi masyarakat dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap akuntablitas pengelolaan dana desa di kabupaten hulu sungai tengah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Populasi yang digunakan adalah 230 orang, dan sampel adalah perangkat desa di kabupaten hulu sungai tengah yang terdiri dari, sekretaris desa, kepala urusan keuangan, kepala urusan umum dan perencaan, kepala seksi pemerintahan dan kepala seksi kesejahteraan dan pelayanan. metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kompetensi perangkat desa berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. (2) Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa (3) Partisipasi masyarakat tidak berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa (4) Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi perangkat desa dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah, kemudian variabel komitmen organisasi dan partisipasi masyarakat tidak berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah.
