Abstract

Sentiment analysis is a computational research of sentiment opinions and emotions that are expressed, the purpose of doing sentiment analysis is to classify sentences or sentiments into several classes (Positive, Negative and Neutral), Social media is media on the internet that allows users to interact, in our social media You can also make advertisements that aim to inform or announce a product, in an advertisement post we can find comments that aim to provide feedback on the item or product, to analyze these comments it will be difficult if done manually so this research is needed to analyze user sentiment towards advertising on social media using the Naive Bayes method. The results obtained from this study from the accuracy validation that has been carried out are around 75% to 80%. Keyword : Advertising, Naive Bayes, Sentiment Analysis, Social Media
