Abstract

The high number of burglaries that occur today make the security system an absolute necessity to be applied, especially at home. The door of the house becomes the most highlighted in the scope of the home security system because the function of the gate as the main access to in and out. The use of home door locking systems today still use conventional keys and conventional means where homeowners have to go to the gate to be opened and closed again so it is less efficient for a house that has many doors because too many keys are also to be taken, especially if the owner is lazy out to open or close the gate of the house. This study aims to optimize bluetooth technology that is connected with microcontroller, optimize android smartphone technology that is developing as well as designing, creating, locking automatic house gate controller via bluetooth using microcontroller with the help of android smartphone. Problem solving is required using the literature study method and experimental methods. Experimental methods can be done by designing software and hardware design. In hardware and software has two parts of the system android and board Arduino. This research will be tested.
