Abstract

This research aims to prove and analyze the effects of workload, work discipline and work environment effects on teacher performance in SMKN 1 Mojoanyar Mojokerto. This research is a type of causal explanatory research, which aims to prove and analyze a causal relationship between two or more variables. Respondents in this study were teachers at SMKN 1 Mojoanyar Mojokerto with a population of 82 teachers. Data were collected from respondents using a questionnaire, then the data was processed and analyzed using the SPSS version 26 statistical program. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, and coefficient of determination. The research hypothesis used is using multiple linear regression in the form of t test and f test. The results of this research indicate that workload, work discipline and work environment partially and simultaneously possess significant effects on teacher performance. Thus which reads “workload, work discipline and work environment simultaneously affect the performance of the teacher SMKN 1 Mojoanyar Mojokerto” is proven to be valid.
