Abstract

This research is based on the existing phenomena. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived price, product quality, and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Cak Rohim Madura Satay stall in Bekasi. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, quantitative data, namely the value described in numbers (Numeric) with statistical methods. The technique used in this research is Quota Sampling with 100 respondents of Customer Satisfaction at Warung Sate Madura Cak Rohim Bekasi. By collecting primary data using a questionnaire. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, test and F test. The results showed that Price Perception, Product Quality, and Service Quality had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at Warung Sate Madura Cak Rohim Bekasi. Based on the test results obtained by the correlation coefficient which shows that the relationship between the variables of Price Perception, Product Quality and Service Quality with customer satisfaction has a close relationship. The test results simultaneously show that the variables used in this research model, namely Price Perception, Product Quality and Service Quality, each have a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction at Warung Sate Madura Cak Rohim Bekasi. hasil pengujian diperoleh oleh koefisien korelasi yang menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antar variabel Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Layanan dengan kepuasaan pelanggan memiliki hubungan yang erat. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang digunakan dalam model penelitian ini yaitu Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Layanan masing – masing mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasaan Pelanggan Warung Sate Madura Cak Rohim Bekasi.
