Abstract

Sistem proteksi bertujuan melindungi peralatan listrik dari gangguan teknis, alam, kesalahan operasi, dan faktor lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis dan simulasi terhadap koordinasi proteksi di GI 150 kV Kenjeran PT PLN (Persero) menggunakan data dari PLN UP3 Surabaya Utara. Permasalahan umum yang muncul adalah gangguan hubung singkat akibat penyetelan yang kurang tepat pada Overcurrent Relay (OCR) atau Directional Ground Relay (DGR). Nilai-nilai parameter seperti TMS OCR dan arus instantaneous DGR mengalami perubahan pada kondisi existing dan resetting. Terdapat beberapa nilai yang berbeda pada kondisi existing dan resetting. Nilai yang berubah antara lain adalah nilai TMS OCR yang pada semula bernilai 0,15, menjadi 0,18 - 0,24 yang nilainya berbeda-beda setiap penyulang. Nilai arus instantaneous yang sebelumnya bernilai 2800 A, menjadi 2886,75 A. Nilai TMS DGR pada kondisi existing sebesar 0,2 dengan hasil perhitungan diperoleh 0,0498553. Pada kondisi existing arus instant DGR senilai 4 A, sedangkan setelah melakukan perhitungan diperoleh arus instan senilai 11,475 A. Selanjutnya, pembuatan model sistem kelistrikan menggunakan software ETAP 19 dilakukan untuk melakukan simulasi. Hasil dari simulasi dapat dilihat bahwa saat terjadi gangguan hubung singkat pada penyulang, relay yang berfungsi adalah relay yang terletak di penyulang tersebut, sementara relay di penyulang lainnya tidak mendeteksi arus pickup seperti yang terjadi pada relay yang mengalami gangguan. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa simulasi berjalan dengan normal.
