Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove the Independent and Intervening and Dependent Variables, therefore the instrument used is the path analysis method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS Warp Software. In testing and analysis using the above instruments, it has been obtained with the results that Person-Organization Fit has a direct and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Quality of Work Life has a direct and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Climate has a direct and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Work, Organizational Justice has a direct and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Person-Organization Fit has a direct and significant effect on Employee Performance, Qality of Work Life has a direct and significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Climate has a direct and significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Justice has a direct and significant effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, Person-Organization Fit has an indirect effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, Quality of Work Life has an indirect effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, Organizational Climate has an indirect effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, Organizational Justice has an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction and job satisfaction has a direct and significant effect on employee performance.
