Abstract

Ketidakseimbangan beban pada suatu sistem distribusi tenaga listrik bisa terjadi karena tidak serempaknya peralatan listrik dinyalakan secara bersamaan dan pengerjaan instalasi listrik yang tidak memperhatikan keseimbangan dalam hal pembagian beban listrik membuat beban tiap fasa menjadi tidak seimbang. Ketidakseimbangan beban itu menyebabkan adanya arus netral, Sehingga disitulah juga akan menyebabkan meningkatnya rugi-rugi (Losses) pada transformator. Semakin besar Losses yg ditimbulkan maka efisiensi serta keandalan dari transformator tersebut akan menurun. Dari hal tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian tentang menganalisa rugi-rugi pada transformator distribusi di Supermall Mansion 2 Tower Tanglin yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai persentase pembebanan transformator, nilai ketidakseimbangan transformator, nilai rugi-rugi transformator, dan nilai efisiensi transformator. Hal ini dilakukan agar dapat mengetahui nilai dari transformator yang terpasang tidak melebihi dari nilai SPLN yang berlaku. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif data didapat dari pengukuran dilapangan dan akan dianilisis secara sistematis. Selama pengukuran 7 hari didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai persentase pembebanan transformator sebesar 38,88% di siang hari dan 48,89 % di malam hari (SPLN maksimal 80%, minimal 40%). Nilai ketidakseimbangan beban sebesar 11,66% di siang hari dan 10,33% di malam hari (SPLN dikategorikan baik jika <10%). Nilai rugi-rugi tembaga (Pcu) 91.310 watt (91,3kW) pada siang hari dan 94.235,06 watt (94,2kW) pada malam hari. Nilai rugi-rugi akibat adanya arus netral sebesar 0,134kW dengan persentase 0,0071% pada siang hari dan 0,173kW dengan persentase 0,0090% pada malam hari. Persentase nilai arus pada penghantar netral sebesar 26,36% di siang hari dan 24,04% dimalam hari (SPLN dikategorikan baik jika <20%). Persentas efisiensi yg terbebani sebesar 93,25% di siang hari dan 94,7 di malam hari dari nilai efisiensi yg optimal sebesar 100%.
