Abstract

Business feasibility analysis is an activity carried out for the needs of assessing the feasibility of a project or business to be implemented. This research was conducted in Manyar District, Gresik Regency, with the object of research on coffee shops. The purpose of this research is to find out whether a business can be said to be feasible or not. This research focuses on the financial aspects of coffee shops in Manyar District, Gresik Regency. The analysis used in this research is cost analysis, income analysis, then the final result using business feasibility analysis with the calculation of R / C and ROI. This research method is qualitative with data collection by direct observation and interviews with research informants. Overall, the indicator used in this research is R/C where if R/C is positive (R/C>1) then the business is feasible to run, otherwise if R/C is negative (R/C<1) then the business is not feasible to run. The next indicator is ROI, this indicator explains that if ROI is positive (ROI> 1) then the business is worth running, otherwise if this indicator shows negative results (ROI < 1) then the business is not worth running.
