Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of reputation, information quality, promotion, e-wom, trust on the decision to choose a Stewardess School as a member of the Association of Pramugari Pramugari Education Providers and Airline Staff (HIP4S) for the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The population of this study was the population in this study were students of the flight attendant school of the Association for Stewardess and Airline Staff Education Providers (HIP4S) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta who took the 1- year Professional Program. A total of 168 samples were selected using the proportional sampling method. The hypothesis was tested using a structural equation model (SEM) with the help of the AMOS 26 program. The results of this study indicate that (1) reputation has a significant effect on e-wom, (2) reputation has a significant effect on trust, (3) reputation has a significant effect on student decisions, (4) the quality of information has a significant effect on Students' e-wom, (5) the quality of information has a significant effect on student confidence, (6) the quality of information has a significantly affect student decisions, (7) promotion has a significant effect on e-wom, (8) promotion has a significant effect on students' decisions. significant effect on e-wom, (9) promotion has a positive and significant effect on students' decisions to choose schools, (10) E-wom has a significant effect on students' decisions to choose schools, (11) trust has a significant effect on students' decisions to choose. The results of research related to the development of the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) conclude that the variables e-wom and trust can mediate between reputation, information quality, and promotion on students' decisions to choose schools significantly, so that it can be concluded that the selection of models in the development of Theory of Reasoned Action ( TRA) in this study is appropriate. The results of research related to novelty in this study by adding indicators of reliability (reliability) to the variable quality of information, so that the indicators used to measure the quality of information in this study include: accurate (accurate), timelines (on time), relevance (relevance), completeness (complete), and reliability (reliable). The results of the study show that the quality of information has a significant effect on e-wom, trust, and students' decisions in choosing a flight attendant school.
