Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between family support and the tendency of post power syndrome and to see the differences between individuals who are involved in organizations and those who are not involved. This research method is a quantitative research with a sampling technique using a purposive sampling technique involving 50 respondents from PWRI branch X Mojosongo, Surakarta. Based on the results of the simple linear regression data analysis technique and the sample independent t-test, there is a negative correlation between family support and the tendency for post power syndrome, which means that the higher the family support, the lower the tendency for post power syndrome, and there is no difference between individuals who involved in the organization with those who are not involved in the organization.
