Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kelayakan finansial usaha industri rumah tangga kue cum cum di Kampung Cum Cum Kelurahan Kedungdoro Kecamatan Tegalsari Kota Surabaya. Tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan usaha serta menganalisis kelayakan usaha secara finansial, dalam penelitian ini analisis yang digunakan R/C (Revenue Cost Ratio) dan ROI (Return On Investment) sehingga dapat diketahui apakah usaha kue cum cum tersebut layak atau tidak untuk dijalankan. Penelitian ini mengambil sebanyak 5 orang informan yang akan memberikan informasi melalui wawancara. Berdasarkan dari hasil perhitungan R/C (Revenue Cost Ratio), bahwa usaha kue cum cum milik: (1) Ibu Ani Rofikoh layak untuk dijalankan, (2) Ibu Sari layak untuk dijalankan, (3) Ibu Kanti layak untuk dijalankan, (4) Ibu Lusi layak untuk dijalankan, (5) Ibu Pudji layak untuk dijalankan. Dari hasil perhitungan ROI (Return On Investment) usaha kue cum cum milik: (1) Ibu Ani Rofikoh dinyatakan usaha ini layak untuk dijalankan, (2) Ibu Sari dinyatakan usaha ini layak untuk dijalankan, (3) Ibu Kanti dinyatakan usaha ini layak untuk dijalankan. (4) Ibu Lusi dinyatakan usaha ini layak untuk dijalankan. (5) Ibu Pudji sebesar dinyatakan usaha ini layak untuk dijalankan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha industri rumah tangga kue cum cum di Kampung Cum Cum Kelurahan Kedungdoro Kecamatan Tegalsari Kota Surabaya layak untuk diusahakan.
