Abstract
PT Graphic Prima Sejahtera often experiences dif iculties in selecting and determining suppliers of cardboard raw materials. To be able to meet the demands and wishes of customers, the selection of raw material suppliers is an important topic to be resolved. This is because PT Graphic Prima Sejahtera is a company engaged in the packaging sector, so cardboard is the main raw material needed for production. The AHP method is very suitable for sorting suppliers based on the highest rating or weight with supporting applications, namely Software Expert Choice 11 which can assist in data processing. The results of the AHP method with Software Expert Choice 11, obtained results with the most priority criteria being Flexibility (0.359), Quality (0.289), Shipment (0.149), Service (0.126), and Price (0.078). The results of the most priority suppliers are PT Naga Putra Packingdo (0.16), PT Rapi Pack Asri Tama (0.14), PT Makmoer Jaya Usaha (0.138), PT Prima Putra (131), UD Restu Abhadi (0.122), PT Karya Karton (0.11), PT Andalan Ajs Pratama (0.10), and CV Berkat Maria (0.07). In addition, transportation is also needed to deliver goods/products to customers. Transportation that has been used for a long time, and possibly requires high-maintenance to support its ability to maintain vehicle performance, so calculations are needed to compare the costs between maintaining the vehicle by carrying out a total replacement or buying a new means of transportation. With engineering economics in the analysis of overhaul replacement, the results show that the annual equivalent cost after replacing the total engine is Rp. 17,557,300, and the annual equivalent cost after buying a new vehicle is Rp. 98,237,500, so that a dif erence of Rp. 80,680,200 is obtained, so the company should repairing 2 units of trucks instead of buying 2 units of trucks because the means of transportation can still provide profit for the company and are not completely obsolete/damaged.
