Abstract
Based on the results of the research that has been done, this study collected data obtained from 6 informants who own gypsum production businesses in Madiun City. This study has a data collection technique using interviews, and observation as primary data collection tools. The type of research used is a qualitative method which in this study uses the calculation tools Return On Investment, Revenue Cost Ratio and Benefit Cost Ratio as indicators of the feasibility of a gypsum production business The gypsum production business itself produces quite promising ROI with an average monthly capital of IDR 233,200,000/month. With an average ROI value of the six gypsum production businesses of 284.303%. In simple terms, in 1 year the average rate of return on investment for the six gypsum production businesses studied was 284.303%. For R/C calculations, the largest value was obtained for Mr. Anang's gypsum production business, the owner of Anang Gypsum and the smallest value was Mr. Cahyono's gypsum production business, owner of CV. Setia Lidalana is 2.00. The average R/C value of the six gypsum production businesses is 37.73. For calculation of B/C ratio. The biggest score was Mr. Anang, the owner of Anang Gypsum, which was 4.58 and the smallest was Mr. Cahyono, the owner of CV. The loyal Lidalana is 1.00. The conclusion of this study is that there are 6 gypsum production businesses that have been running their business for 10, 13, and 17 years. In terms of manpower, the gypsum production business owned by the six informants consisted of 2-4 employees. Keywords: Business Feasibility, Cost, Income
