Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi perencanaan kebutuhan material di PT. Pesona Arnos Beton yang beralamat di Jl. Raya Kedamean, Desa Banyuurip, Kecamatan Kedamean, Kabupaten Gresik. Perusahaan ini bergerak dibidang industri manufaktur pembuatan produk beton dan paving. Contoh barang-barang yang diproduksi adalah Paving, Kanstin, TU, U-ditch, dan Box Culvert. Continuous Review System (sistem Q) menjadi solusi alternatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada di PT. Pesona Arnos Beton. Metode pengumpulan data seperti data permintaan dan persediaan material dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi langsung. Forecasting (Peramalan) dilakukan untuk meramalkan kebutuhan bahan baku di periode selanjutnya menggunakan software Minitab dengan metode Single Exponential Smoothing dan Moving Average. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan pada data yang telah diperoleh menggunakan metode Continuous Review System ( sistem Q) yang menghasilkan susunan perencanaan kebutuhan material yang efektif untuk masa yang akan datang. PT Pesona Arnos Beton menggunakan software Minitab 20 dilakukan dengan metode dan Single Exponential Smoothing. menghasilkan nilai MAPE, MAD, dan MSD terkecil adalah dengan Single Exponential Smoothing yang mana dari hasil peramalan didapatkan total permintaan bahan baku produk paving dan beton. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa sistem Q (continuous review system) menghasilkan total biaya yang lebih minimum. total biaya persediaan bahan baku semen lebih hemat Rp. 108.039.529, bahan baku abu batu hemat sebesar Rp.447.747.948, bahan baku pasir lumajang hemat sebesar Rp.220.346.921, koral hemat sebesar Rp.66.527.830, besi 6 hemat sebesar Rp.21.338.002, dan besi 8 hemat sebesar Rp.29.672.213.
